Subject:problems with the Demo Posted by: ajjs Date:6/14/2006 7:50:28 AM i have playing around with the Acid 6 demo. i had high hopes, but these things are getting in the way: 1) any soft synth, regardless of manufacturer, pops up an empty window when i click on View > Soft Synth Properties. (note, i am not talking about the Track Properties). The empty window is the correct shape (usually) of the VSTi interface, but it is just... empty. 2) I am getting quite a few Run Exception Errors or similar erros, either when using Acid or when trying to close it. 3) Sometimes, I can't get an entire MIDI clip to show up in the Chopper, even if I select the Selection Length in the Chopper to the length of the clip, it will only show just the first few bars. Then, I close Acid, re-open the file, and then it works. I want to be impressed with the software, but it seems really buggy. I'm running the 6.0a demo. feedback apprecited.
