I have searched the Scripting boards and I have found some tips for using Auto-Trim in a script, but I must confess,that Auto Trim does not seem to do exactly what I want it to do. It seems to do more. Here is what I wish to accomplish via a script: I want to call up a bunch of files and be able to set the selection time,(in my case it is beats-measures...from 2.1.0-4.1.0) and then have the file(s) cropped and then the new file(s) saved as the same name(s). The problem at least for me,is that I cannot seem to be able to figure out how to have a script use the Trim/Crop (ctr+t) function. Auto Trim seems to have more complex selections and presets and therefore crops off too much of a file or does it's crazy fade in-fade out stuff and all I really need is.....just basic cropping of files.
