Subject:Publishing Issue

I go to "publish" and I get a pop up that says "updating provider information" with a little animated graphic. It just sits there minutes on end but the status bar never shows any progress.

I'm up live with the internet connection.

Any thoughts on why this doesn't seem to make the connection and display the partners?

the partner is Sony's own Acidplanet.com!

I don't see any other 'partners' available for uploading / publishing to !
