Subject:MP3 encoder

I have Acid 6.0a and Sound Forge 6.0e (I plan to upgrade when/if 9 comes out...).

Acid lets me render to mp3 using the Sony encoder version 3. I bought the Sony encoder version 2 for Sound Forge a while ago but, after installing Acid 6, even though SF still shows version 2, the bit rate and render options are different. Hmmm...

Is there a way to let SF 6 know that it can use the Sony version 3 encoder?

Also, when I tell Acid to open a clip in SF 6, I get all of the "record measure" markers. Is there a way to easily remove them all in SF?

Thanks!

Kevin
