That's what I meant too....a lotta amateur producers/DJ's release their own loops via torrent first - cuz it's the easiest way to distribute - just be creative in your search terms.

Bittorrent would be your first stop to download the client. Here is a pretty comprehensive FAQ to get you started.

"World Pecussion" is also by Marc Anderson and is quite similar to Dragon Dance in terms of instrumentation.

edit: well I sure feel dumb – I discovered that World Percussion is simply a new title for Dragon Dance so yes, I know now why it sounds "similar."

Erm, so basically World Percussion = Dragon Dance? Correct?

Yes, exactly, and this isn't the only re-titled loop disc that Sony's site "implies" is a new release. Another is "Ethereal Textures" original title was "Saturn & Elsewhere" (who knows how many others like this exist). They certainly should make it very clear to consumers that it is what it is: new packaging and new title – NOT new content. I'm tempted to submit this to Consumer Reports to post in their "Selling It" section which exposes cheesy marketing ploys.
