Subject:OT Customer Support form problems

Hope somebody from Sony can help me with this. I've got an active My Account wich I can log into. After submitting a Customer Support email form I get directed to a new page requesting me to create a new account.. My current registered email is already filled in, but I naturally get an error when inputting my password. So I'm unable to contact Sony since there's no regular email-support address available. I'm an European resident so phone support is not an option. I'm in a loop here, and it's not my favourite one... Thanks for any help Erik |
