Subject:NI FM7 VSTi not working in Acid 6

I have just upgraded to Acid 6. I use NI Absynth 3 and NI FM7 as VSTis.
Both worked perfectly in Acid 5, but FM7 will not work at all in Acid 6. I insert it and and no sound...nothing. using keyboeard controller or just using mouse to trigger FM7 keyboard...nothing.
I opened up Acid 5 to make sure it was still working there and it's fine.

Any thoughts?

PC info: 3.4 Ghz P4 CPU, 2GB RAM, Win XP, MAudio Delta 410 soundcard

Here too. I downloaded the A6 demo yesterday and couldn't get FM7 to work either. I haven't tried it in A5 however but will do so today.

I only have FM7 Xpress, which works Ok. I guess you have checked that the MIDI channels match, and the right outputs and drivers are selected?

If you don't have the latest FM7 - v 1.1.3 - please update from NI's web site.

There is a problem with FM7 1.0 and ACID 6. We have resolved this problem and it will be part of the ACID 6 update. However, updating to FM7 1.1.3 will resolve this problem.

....and the update is due when? I can always make due with FM7 Express in the meantime - question: I did my Acid 5.0 update via download and cant seem to locate the paperwork, just the disk with the serial number written on it.
Am definitely a registered user - I promise :)
I have my Acid 5.0 serial number, but cant see a serial for the NI Xpress keyboards that shipped with it - do I need one? If so, how do I get it? Can I call and give my ACID 5 serial?

We don't announce dates for updates.

Contact our customer service/sales dept.. They will be able to help you out with you NI Xpress issue.

Q: Is there a reason you can't update FM7 to the latest available from NI? That would solve this problem.

FWIW: The cause of the problem is actually because FM7 falsely tells us that it supports a feature that it doesn't. The update to FM7 fixes this.

I'm using all KOMPLETE 2 Boundle and is working fine with ACID PRO 5.
