Subject:New Buss Not Showing in Track

I've added a second buss to my song but the new buss doesn't show up in any my tracks. The same thing happens when I open an assignable effect.

The buss is definitely there but it just doesn't show up in my tracks. Has anyone else experienced this as I never have before this song. Does anyone know what could cause this?
