Just a post for no particular reason.

Peter of Sony, your posted replies are a welcome change on this forum. It's been a while since we have had an active Sony presence here, maybe because there was a moratorium before AP6 was released. Anyway, it's great to have a real voice responding so quickly. Plus, probably with more direct and honest responses than I have seen on many other forums.

Keep up the good work, and don't get p****d off when the inevitable flame comes your way.

The Sony presence and all the helpful users here makes it one of the best support forums.

Strongly agree.

The Acid forum used to be a fairly quiet spot, but now it's awake and buzzing!

Even though I've still heaps to learn, I've completed my first theme for a video program using midi with AP6, and it has opened up lots of new ideas and possibilities for the furture.

Vive Acid!
Vive Sony PCH!
Vive all the helpful guys here!

... and Vale Logic!

I agree! It makes it much easier to learn about ACID 6 with such an immediate response from Peter rather than having to go thru support. It must save Sony time as they don't have to address these questions via the support process.

Even when the reply to a question may not be what I was hoping for, like no MFX support, at least it's direct and honest.

Hello,

Peter has always been a great help here, and Acid 6 is awesome too, I feel good to be using Acid again after a couple years away from it, Very much improved. I use it for everything now. Thanks again Peter and all the other staff in the background.

This is an excerpt of my other post.

Peter, this forum is very useful to Acid's life. Bugs reporting is very easy and immediate. I'm sure people will not take time to open a ticket at technical support. Bugs reporting and improvement suggestions are likely to be lost !
Peter, I suggest you go on taking part in this forum, it's very important for Acid itself.

Allow me to add my two bytes worth and say thanks to ALL the Sony-affiliated people who post here, whether they are employees or forum moderators. Just wish the NI people were as forthcoming - they post that they know of a problem, but the new update won't fix it. I speak of the graphics problem with Kontakt2 where if a patch/instrument in the quickload menu goes off the graphic for K2 and you can't select that patch.
