Subject:Corrupted ACD files?

I just reinstalled XP. Before doing so, I archived all my projects. I can no longer open some of them in ACID 6. Others work perfectly. Is there a way to determine why some do not open, and indeed crash ACID when I try to open them?
I would blame the archiving/compressing/restoring methods but it worked 100 percent on everything else...just a few acid projects are not working, and their corresponding WAV files are just fine.

Please advise?
