Hi there,

I have a stuttering in SF8.0d on playback AND on zooming even on 50 sec. short voice-wav files. As I use asio drivers, I can´t adjust "Playback buffering", in SF,right? So I changed buffers in the recording-card settings, but didn´t help. So, how might this problem be solved, which always appears after a very short time while editing?
I`ve set up a fresh winXP system with SF8.0d and Acid Pro6. Matrox P 650 and rme9632. All latest drivers.

Try ASIO4all it's a free program at asio4all.com. I've found it to be superior to Edirol and Event EZ bus asio drivers. With Asio4all you should get a 11ms or better latency without stuttering. I hope that it helps.
