If you insert a midi system exclusive message or a program change message in a track, it does not appear in the list editor. Is that a bug or a feature?

ACID Tracks own Program/bank, CC, Pitchbend, and SYSEX data, not clips.

Only if you explicitly import/merge CC/Pitchbend, Program/bank data from a clip to a track is it used on the main timeline.

The Clip Properites List Editor and Piano Roll are for editing clips, not ACID Tracks. The only linked data between clips and the main timeline is note data.

ACID tracks convert all CC, PB, and Aftertouch msgs to envelopes. Program/bank changes and SYSEX data are represented by KeyFrames on a track.

What this means:
- You can merge/import data other than Note data to the time line from a clip
- Edits on the time line for non-note data are owned by the track and are not written to clips.
