Subject:Pause using 'Space' key Posted by: FishNose Date:5/11/2006 6:12:41 AM So - how do I get it back? I've been using 'Space' for Play/Pause in Acid Pro since version 1. Now I get Play/Stop instead. And yes I know 'Enter' does it, but since I've used 'Space' fifty thousand times, my hand still goes there and always will. The simple toggle tick box in Vegas 6 for this is not available in Acid Pro 6, unfortunately. I tried desperately to make it happen in the 'Customise Keyboard' menu, but it is so totally incomprehensible that I gave up when I started getting REALLY frustrated. I just want Pause on 'Space', like it was before. :] Fish

(I've been on board since ACID Pro 2.) Enter always did Start/Pause. I don't believe you can assign the spacebar unless you use a modifier with it (like CTRL) under the customize keyboard dialog. (Note that "TogglePlay" is already assigned that specific combo, but you can clear it.) Iacobus
