...soft synths... haven't done extensive testing on this in kontact (ap6), but how many of you use: - a bank of instruments on one SS buss in kontact or - individual instruments loaded through multiple SS busses? an obvious advantage here is the ability to add effects to that particular instrument. You only have to insert Kompakt once and then you can right click on that bus and add additional busses for the other 7 stereo outputs from that one instance of Kompakt. Then as you load all eight (8) instruments you can assign them to the other outputs (1-2, 3-4, 5-6, etc.) and control their volume and FX independently. ~jr |
