Subject:Error launching default project

Having just installed the OS and my audio tools, I sort of expected a smoother launch with Pro 6. However, I am getting the following error now:

"Warning: An error occured while loading the project file Vast Horizon.acd.
An Error occured when loading an audio plug-in or plug-ins. The plug-in presets could not be loaded.

The user preset for Plug-in 'Reverb' could not be loaded. The default settings have been restored.
The user preset for Plug-in 'Reverb' could not be loaded. The default settings have been restored.
The user preset for Plug-in 'Sony Flange/Wah-Wah' could not be loaded. The default settings have been restored.
The user preset for Plug-in '' could not be loaded. The default settings have been restored."

So, like...WHY?

i wonder if this relates to your last posted problems? you might try unistalling acid 6 again, then reinstalling WITHOUT installing any of the native instruments disk content. it might be a flaw between acid and NI. i still haven't got kompact to work with an external midi controller: maybe there's just a sony/ni compatibility flaw

I appreciate the suggestion, but I am quite certain that is not the problem.

Since then I have had several other issues with ACID 6.0.
I cannot load my old projects at all. Even projects I just created with ACID 6 last week.
I will have to call tech support and get to the bottom of it.
Certainly some frustration, because I was having an excellent time with ACID 6 until these problems showed up.
