Unless I'm missing something, there is no way to use the arrow keys to make fine adjustments to the panning or FX at track level -- only the volume. If so, this is a disappointing new development/bug that should change, since one can only be so precise when using a mouse to adjust those settings. (I could do this in Acid 3.)

You found something. I tried to recreate and get exactly what you do. However, I have always used the "cntrl" key plus mouse movement and it works on volume, but on pan it gets confused. It tries to work then jumps to a value greater than anticipated. Works fine on Bus A for me. It is just pan that seems to get confused.
