Am I missing something? Any reason for track folders to have numbers? Throws off everything when you're using a control surface. |

Also, the control surface doesn't seem to react to undo's, the faders just stay where you moved them...am I doing something wrong? |

And finally, there seems to be a bug with deleting folders while using a control surface. I deleted a couple folders that were holding kick and snare hits (but moved the hits out first) and now I can't get the control surface to recognize the hits that were in the folders. It completely ignores channels 1-5 and starts on track 6 with the first fader, no matter how many times i hit the bank back button. EDIT: It's not track specific, wherever I move the hits, the control surface ignores them and just skips those five channels in it's track count...what's going on? DOUBLE EDIT: Closing the project and re-opening resolved the problem. I still would call it a bug though. Message last edited on5/4/2006 4:00:54 PM byIllogical. |

Which control surface are you using? The problem you are having is probably control surface specific. I am using a Frontier TranzPort wireless DAW Controller and the Undo & Redo functions on it, work flawlessly with ACID Pro 6. Cheers, Billy Buck |

Hi Billy, I wanna get one of those tranzport ones too, they seem cool. I'm using the Behringer BCF2000, and the faders are motorized and do a great job of keeping in line with level changes throughout the project. If you jump to a different part of the song with the cursor, the faders jump right away. But the undo function (activated with the mouse) doesn't cause any response in the fader, it just stays where I pushed it. Even when I hit play it stays in the same place, though it seems to be playing at the correct volume. Weird. Either way, thanks & good to hear the tranzport works well. EDIT: The pan pots react to an undo, just not the faders. And if I shitf up a bank and then back they go to the right place, but nothing happens just by pressing undo.
