If this feature is available in ap 6 I haven´t found it yet... Everytime i drag a file into a new track the track appears as a default size "collapsed". I really appreciate the separation of the volume and pan slider but that dón´t help me a bit when I have to resize the tracks all the time...

Right click on track header and select "Default Track Properties", from menu. FYI, it is in the manual and online help file.
