You can no longer select a time section of one track (a cool guitar lick other riff) and add it to another part of the song. You can now only time select the whole song and paste it elsewhere. I'm sorry I bought this upgrade after only a couple of days of the trial version. Why does Sony always feel they have to downgrade a feature or several features in their upgrades. Sound Forge users will know what I mean.

as far as I can see you can. You just have to ctrl click on the event or events you want to be included in the time selection. Vegas works this way too.

If you use the Selection Tool first (the one next to the pencil) and then use the Time Selection Tool, it will keep your original selection. If there is no selection the Time Selection Tool selects all the events on all the tracks. So just remember to use the Selection Tool first to subset the selection and it will behave the same as before.

I KNOW! As I stated before, individual time selection was available in previous versions of Acid Pro. I am only refering to Acid Pro 6, not Vegas or any other version of Acid Pro.

Ranger Bob,
Thanks for your help in finding this bug. We have made a fix (which will be part of the 6.0a update).
