In Acid5, you could set a looped selection and record MIDI over it and the MIDI file was one continuous file. This was a great thing for improvising and developing song ideas/themes. But in Acid6, it appears that the MIDI is always broken apart into clips. Any MIDI notes that are held past the loop point get cut off. Is there any way to get the functionality of Acid5 with regard to MIDI recording over a looped section? |

>>Is there any way to get the functionality of Acid5 with regard to MIDI recording over a looped section? << No, as ACID 6 does not record to a file. You can just increase the loop boundaries to include the "improvisation" you want to do at the loop boundaries. This will not change for ACID 6. Peter |
