It would be better if it had a Sony Vegas version.

u know even thoguh Maginc bullet is a great tool, one thing i absolutely despise is the friggin slow render times. Irrespective of what GFX card you use the performance is just so damn dodgy its not funny
If this is anything like the their filter plugins, then id rather stick with the Vegas way of doing it...

Here is a statement from one of their reps.
"...we are considering Instant HD for Vegas in the near future. Check back in the next 6 months."

The guy in the Suite next to us uses Magic Bullet Editors for FCP(and actually wrote, shot, & edited the tutorial video that ships with it) and this UpRez plugin. He said he shoots & edits in SD using DVCam... then UpRezes to HD.

He told me that although his workflow is the same, he can charge DOUBLE because the final output is HD. He told me that to him it's Nothing since the completed SD project is done, to simply run it through the UpRez Process after the edits have been approved.

He said Noone has been the wiser and so far everyone that requested HD has been happy with the final product.

I've seen his work after UpRezing... it looks pretty good. Personally, I think I can tell that it was not shot HD... but that may just be because I already know it wasn't.

It greatly adds to the illusion if you add the titles (and lower thirds if any) after conversion to HD.
