Subject:ACID Pro 6.0 fails to start up

I am getting the following error on startup for my new install of ACID 6.0 Pro

.\Portable\ReWireDLL.cpp(895) : VERIFY failure

I have reinstalled twice. On the second time I disabled symatec antivirus and the microsoft anti-spam program.

I got the same error on the second time. The program starts loading the modules, gives the error, and then fails.

Anybody seen this or have a solution?

Thanks, Norm

Did you get through the install, or did it stop before complete?
Have you tried googling that, "
.\Portable\ReWireDLL.cpp(895) : VERIFY failure"
thing?
There may be a work around, let me know the answers to these questions, and maybe we can try that.
Regards,
Stephen

I made it all the way through the install.

I could not find the exact error message on google. Similar messages, but not quite the same.

FWIW, my problem was a conflict with Fasoft nTrack (which I also own). After I removed nTrack my problem went away. Bad Karma, but it now works.

Has this been resolved? I have tried everything possible. I got this error out of the blue today after using this product for a month or so. The Exact error code I am getting is:
ReWire DLL.cpp(895) This error occurs when I render the file to a wav file.

I also have gotten 893 1208 3544

Help! I'm working on production and this is killing me.
