Subject:Safe Harbor Upgrade Orders

Has anyone received their A6 Pro upgrades from Safe Harbor? I got an email invoice from them yesterday but I have not been able to get into their site at all today to check on the status of the order.

Dan -

Are you upgrading from ACID 5? If you are upgrading from any other version, the Safe Harbor version, supposedly, will not work. I originally placed my order to upgrade ACID 4 to ACID 6. I called Trevor at Safe Harbor to see when we might expect our upgrade. This was mid April and he still had not received the software. As we talked on the phone I mentioned I was upgrading from ACID 4. He told me his sources will only let him offer upgrades from version 5 to 6. He actually called me back a little later the same day after he had verified this with his vendor. I really appreciated him taking the time to follow through so thoroughly. I then placed my order directly with Sony and received the upgrade software the end of April.

Just thought I would pass this along for anyone that might be reading this thread. If you ordered from Safe Harbor using anything earlier than ACID 5, you need to give them a call to cancel the order. No need to have it show up and have to return it.

I didn't know about those restrictions, but thankfully I am upgrading from version 5.

I was able to finally get in to the Safe Harbor site tonight and saw that my upgrade shipped yesterday!!
