hi there I have just installed my new Acid pro 6 software and when i start up the program a thing comes up saying 'Failed to opene banks file' Can anyone tell me what this means and how to rectify it ?? Secondly, how do you access the loops that come with the program ? i can't find them anywhere, you don't have to insert the Cd do you ? I admit being a dunce, but need some help Siarl |

> 'Failed to opene banks file' ACID will initialize all of your VST/VSTi plug-ins when it first loads. It sounds like that error might be coming from a plug-in that can’t find a bank to load. Look on the ACID splash screen to see what the last VSTi was that it loaded and this will probably give you a clue. > Secondly, how do you access the loops that come with the program ? i can't find them anywhere, you don't have to insert the Cd do you ? You could access them from the CD but that would be very slow. Most people just copy the ACID Loops CD’s to their hard drive. I keep all of mine under a folder called \ACID Loops. I copy all the loop CD’s that I buy there in their own subfolders. It keeps things nice and neat that way. ~jr |
