Acid Pro 6, Kompakt and EXS24 samples -ACID Product Family

Subject:Acid Pro 6, Kompakt and EXS24 samples Posted by: PeterWright Date:4/24/2006 9:26:31 PM I was pleased to read that the version of Kompact that comes with Acid 6 Pro was able to convert EXS samples, and I have carefully read the manual and tried to do some, but I keep getting strange results. The EXS wav files display ok in Kompakt's browser, but when I select all and try dragging them to the keyboard, I get strange results, like notes in the wrong order, or missing pitches, so I have not been able to use any of my many EXS instruments. It will be such a pleasure when I can finally leave Logic 5.5 behind, so I would appreciate any guidance. Thanks Peter
