Subject:Another problem with MIDI in the chopper

. Create a new project.
. Insert MIDI track.
. Enter/record 8 measures of MIDI notes.
. Select the Chopper.

Bug: Editing in the Chopper is limited to the first measure.

Selecting an audio event in the Chopper before the MIDI event, removes the limitation.

I can reproduce the issue.

it's a true inconvenience because it disturbs the user's creativity.
It needs fixing.
