Really wanting Acid to be the Vegas that never was from three years ago... no "switches", which means no normalize? At all? No grouping? No moving clips up and down with mouse or key command? Maybe they're on their way. So many things are looking good, though the routing is still incomplete. |

Correct. No normalize, no "switches", no Grouping, No moving clips. All of these will be considered for a future version of ACID. Peter |

Thanks. (I guess it's not as simple as copying the chorus and pasting it in later instead of singing it again just because you've done it once... :-)) |

If you use Sections to identify each verse, chorus etc, you can Ctrl Drag to make a copy of every track at once. |

Personally, I think you SHOULD sing the chorus again each time. It just sounds so dead and predictable if you copy the best vocal take thru to every chorus. |

You've missed my point: I meant that since the features mentioned were in Vegas, it's too bad they couldn't (the code) be simply copied and pasted into Acid. (They say you can explain a joke the same as you can dissect a frog -- unfortunately, the subject generally dies in the process...) |
