Here is a gif of an Acid Pro 4 project file. I did some intense multiple audio edits with sound effects and overdubs; and the picture you're seeing here is the first 22 seconds. http://www.4ament.com/images/adayinmylifeedit.gif This is a video (not so great quality WMV) of a multi edit break that I created for a song. http://www.4ament.com/Media/davetheonemendezeditbreak.wmv The 1st track is a drum break mashup of the original (re-ordered all slices to create the drum break) The additional tracks are duplicates with one shots of certain parts of the song and effects etc....I basically selected the parts I wanted and then used the chop to new track feature. I haven't utilized the VSTI features in Acid 5 or 6 yet. I'm already salivating :) How are you guys using Acid? |

Oh, the usual. :) Create original projects, score a couple videos, that kind of thing. I haven't done much MIDI in the past but since Kompakt was included this time around I couldn't resist futzing with it. I like. (The bass part in the above excerpt is actually from Kompakt.) Iacobus |

Very Kewl! I have the Komplete 3 package but haven't installed it just yet. I'm looking at giving Kontakt a good run. There's so many samplers out there on the market; hard to chose. Kudos to Sony for including something to get everyone up and running with acid pro 6. Message last edited on4/17/2006 1:10:46 PM byDavetheonemendez. |
