Acid Pro 6 crashes when opening Acid5 project -ACID Product Family

When I open a 5.0 project in Acid 6, all files load; as soon as I hit play, the app quits on me. I re-open Acid 6, de-select the windows classic wavedriver, and the re-select; then the project plays. If I press the spacebar to stop, then press again to start; the app quits again. If I try to add a plugin (L2) to the master channel and then try to play the project; it quits too; I'm glad I kept Acid 5 installed; it plays all of my acid 4 files with no problems and is very stable with the 1212M audio card. The dafault Acid 6 project plays back fine. Looks like Sony has to fix some bugs in Acid 6, it's useless to me right now without the ability to open my old acid pro projects. Any Suggestions?
