When I saw that ACID PRO 6 was released I eagerly downloaded it and payed 199.99 $ for it at sony´s website. The day after I saw that I (as an owner of ACID PRO 5) could upgrade for the price of 129.99 $. this came to my e-mail. Now I threw away 70 $.

What if... I actually had the email before the product was announced on the website?

Can I get a refund or something for the 70$??

This happened to me when I upgraded to Acid 5.0 from 4.0. Sony gladly refunded my money - just contact support.

Yeah they refunded my 70 $. It was more the fact that the special offer came to me after the product was released.... I dont know what went wrong but something did. This was just a bi-problem of that issue.

The same happened here, and the refunded $ 70 without any questions :-)
