i noticed in ACID 6 each track has the following (new) layout: track name volume slider | pan slider | clip name is there a way to edit this? i'm not particularly interested in seeing the pan slider and the clip name, and these 2 being present cause the volume slider to be very small. if i want a bigger slider i have to increase the entire track space, which in turn costs me a lot of sequencer space. not to mention these 3 things below the track name make the whole project look unnessecarily cluttered and busy, imho. so, is there a way to turn these track sliders and clip events off? No, you cannot turn off these track items. Peter |

and while we're at it, is there a way to disable the Automation Settings button and the Arm for Record button as well? with all this extra stuff in the Track pane, ACID looks almost like a cockpit compared to previous versions. i guess i need to get used to it, but i'd prefer to simply get rid of it altogether if possible. |
