Subject:Should I be able to hear notes by clicking?

With score edit in my "previous" midi program Logic, when I clicked on a note it sounded, along with any other simultaneous notes, so I could adjust either a (rare) bum note, or the elements of a chord..

The same doesn't seem to happen with Acid 6's piano roll editor, or is there a function I need to enable?
If not, I guess the next best thing is to set up a loop.

There is no such option in Acid, AFAIK.
When a note is clicked on the piano roll editor, only that note is heard (if the monitoring option is on).
To hear simultaneous notes, the MIDI sequence must be played.

I play ChordME. It's a VSTi that I route it's miditrack to hear chords in AcidPro6.

You'd see that screenshot

And it's FREE!

Thanks - ChordME looks interesting - I'm pretty new to vsts and routing, but I'm enjoying the learning curve with Acid Pro 6 so I'll add that to my learning list.

Thanks again.

you can use the piano roll on the left to play the note but it won't be as in the sequence with CC settings and all.
