Subject:Does the drumgrid mode alow velocity per key?

Just curious, as this would be a determining factor for me whether or not I shall purchase ACID pro 6... Not being able to adjust the velocity per key/sound would be absolutely useless for programing drums.

Yes, you can adjust the velocity per note and per key using the drum grid editor. Download the demo and try it for yourself.

Ok I downloaded and played around with it for a bit and could not figure out how to adjust the velocity on on a per note basis.

I see automation for pitch, aftertouch, modulation, and portamento time and they are all on a per track basis...

Hit the G key to enter MIDI-timeline-edit mode, and then hit F to show the velocities. Drag them up and down to adjust.

Another method:

Doubleclick the note and enter the value.
