I must congratulate Sony on this release. It's nearly all that I hoped for and more. All the new options take a bit of getting used but I've found the learning curve quite intuative so far. Still haven't figured out how to assign midi contollers to synth parameters but I'm sure it's in there somewhere. Well done! Excellent release. Now all you need to do is send me that upgrade rebate and I'll sing your praises with a song... |

I gotta agree. This release just blew me away when I first saw it. Drop a MIDI file into ACID and watch it create a folder for the file and add each MIDI channel as a separate track in ACID. Simply brilliant! I’m going to have to change my tutorial on using Stolen Track to just one line: Step 1: Buy ACID pro 6! ;-) > Still haven't figured out how to assign midi contollers to synth parameters but I'm sure it's in there somewhere. So, how is the multitrack recording? Same as Vegas ( very good in my opinion ) or something less ( or more ) than that? |

(You have the option of turning a recording into a Beatmapped or One-shot track, for example.) Very happy with 6 here, it's everything we've been asking for since version 3. Double hurrah, and well done Sony! Running rock solid on dual core opteron. |

At first I actually felt a bit daunted at the scope, but I’ve have slid into the new concepts very easily. Smooth as silk so far. |
