Subject:REX to ACID or ACID to REX

Does anyone know of a utility or technique to easily convert between REX (or RX2) format files and ACID format files? I realize that ACID to REX might be problematic, but how about REX to ACID? Thanks!

No batch conversion, but BeatCreator can convert REX to ACID.
