I upgraded from 4 to 5 and the upgrade came with the bundle..So I don't see why upgrading from 4 to 6 or from 5 to 6 would make any dofference..

ACID Pro 6 is a whole different animal now. In addition to its traditional looping paradigm, you now have multitracking. (It still boggles my mind on how they did that without compromising ACID's existing paradigm.)
