Subject:Can't get VST to load in ACID

I just loaded a new copy of Novation V-Station into my VST folder, registered it and then ran ACID 5.0
No matter how many times I try to refesh the VSTs, ACID will not find the V-Station. IACID asked me to authorize it the first time it loaded on ACID startup, but once I autorized it, that was it. I can't get ACID to see it or load it as an available instrument.
Tried uninstalling V-Station, restarting WinXP and reinstalling V-station to no avail. I even tried putting the V-station .dll in its own folder and making that the secondary VST search folder in ACID - still nothing.
Anything else I can do?

Yup. You need to do the registry hack that’s documented on the ACID Tips page on my web site.

Will Sony provide a way to reset plugins without doing a reghack in ACID 6? It seems archaic that we have to hack the registry just to reset our plugins.

Sony really need to expand the options available to adjust plugin settings in ACID like the Cakewalk Adapter is able to do in Sonar etc.
