Subject:Best Delay FX for Acid?

Can anyone recommend a good Delay plug in for Acid? just a simple bpm based delay effect?

I find the Sony one a little tricky - i used to use a Cakewalk CFX plug that appeared in my FX folder which was as

simple as punching in the bpm for dance based tracks...

A delay something like the ones supplied in Logic? They seem very simple and are tempo synced..

ACID Pro 5 has a tempo-based delay. It's pretty flexible. (I don't know about the "lighter" versions of ACID though.)

I find the Cakewalk Sonitus (formerly Ultrafunk) very useful, either the delay (tempo based is possible) and other plug-ins.
The design is cool and handy, especially the built-in preset manager.
These plugins now support automation and the sound quality is excellent, IMO.

I've been using the DB Audioware Tempo Delay for years and it's worked great the whole time. The best part is that it's free!

Thanks - have downloaded the plug ins which said they were free - but it says "DEMO"?

QFX202DEMO - is this where the BPM delay is?

The Audioware free unit is similar in character to the Sonitus delay that comes with Sonar. Except of course that the Sonitus delay is several orders of magnitude better. But as a freebie Audioware is excellent.

The dB-Tempo delay (near the bottom of the free section) is the only one that I know for sure is free. When you install it will ask you if you want to install the whole suite. Only leave the dB-Tempo delay check for install.
