I recently got a new hard drive and copied my old drive's contents to the new one. All my programs work ok after that except SF6. When I try to execute SF6, it says "Application not properly installed..." (something like that). The uninstall features of SF6 and in XP's Add/Remove Programs didn't work or hung up. So I manually removed all SF-related files from my C: drive and deleted everything in the Registery related to "Forge" and "Sonic" if it clearly was a SF6-related product. I tried to reinstall from my SF6 disc and it says a newer version is already installed and it won't go any further. I tried to install from my SF6.0e downloaded file and it says "Installation Source for this product is not available. Verify that it exists and that you can access it". I'd appreciate any help. |

You'll probably have to contact support like I did long ago. They did help me out get SF working again. |

did that; no reply for 4 days now. ------------ my mistake; apparently, a tech question isn't actually submitted until you "create an account". Message last edited on3/24/2006 11:03:09 AM bywheat667. |
