I wanna learn how to sample music kinda like kanye does. i know how to chop parts i want an use them but how do you use a beat along with the sample you are using. For instance, kanye's through the wire, he used the same beat and got the sampled voice to fit it right. Any pointers would be appreciated. Thanks

It sounds like West might have molded the song around the sampled voice. I'm assuming the sample is strophic in nature. (I don't listen to Kanye West so I'm not sure.)

Native Instruments Kontakt - you can sample anyway you please

He was completely amazing on that track -- brilliant usage of samples and time management.

Time stretched samples and automated filters -- easily done in NI Kontakt.

If you were close by --- I would show how to go from Vinyl to Sample and how to play with it in your arranger.
