Subject:Plugins "No Longer Available" Error Message

When I select certain features in SF8.0, such as Wave Hammer and Acoustic Mirror, nothing happens. If I select them a second time, I get a popup window error message saying the plugin is no longer available and I must restart SoundForge. When I restart SoundForge, the feature is still not available. What's broken, and what do I need to do to fix it?
