Subject:ACID XMC 6.0a CD - Loops and Samples Missing

I have even gotten a replacement CD from support, but the Loops and Samples folder is missing from the CD.

Both CDs are identical. ACID XMC 6.0a. Came with Vegas Movie Studio Platinum Edition.

Is anybody else actually missing these loops? If so, has anybody gotten a replacement CD that inclueds them?

Is there a separate CD with the Loops and Samples shipped with the standard 6.0a box?

This might indicate an issue with the RTM builds for XMC 6.0a.

I've got the same problem, no loops on the first disc and none on the replacement disc. I haven't called them back yet, just very frustrating. But I did play with it enough to go ahead and upgrade to Music Studio. At least it came with loops :>) Now just a matter of figuring out how all this stuff works.

Also, anybody have a good source for blues/country loops? Seen a lot of Hip-Hop and Techno stuff but no real music. (Just kidding)

I have confirmed that there is an issue where some CDs aparrently were missing the loops.

Support were good, and my situation is being resolved.

IMHO, Sony needs to check the images sent to the manufacturers a little more carefully to ensure that the content is there.
