Can the scripts be run on the wave files present on the handheld device?

If the handheld looks to the PC like a drive - Does it have a drive letter and show up in Explorer? then the answer is probably yes.

But the fact that you ask the question suggests to me that it doesn't get a drive letter and that the answer is no.
