This guy is stealing and should be shut down, or prosecuted. To sell as used, the software has to be completely removed from the machine it was installed on and there should be a signed form stating that the product has been removed. If Sony is concerned about protecting this product and their rights to it, they would go after this person. Every time he lists this item for sale that is 10 potential customers that are lost and that much money lost that could go towards improving the product. As you can tell, I get pretty irked when this stuff pops up (and especially with the frequency with which this person posts this for sale).
