How to find my system specs and... -Sound Forge - PC

But do you guys know how to find out your computer specs(prosesser, sound card, video card) from your computer? And also I just bought sound Forge 8.0 two weeks ago, it's a pleasure being part of this forum you all seem very nice. I doubt you can but is there a way to sort of encode a song(mp3). what I mean is to just have the guitar playing or the vocals without any of the other sounds?
