I just send my stuff up on google video. The provide storage and bandwidth all for free at this time. They convert it to several formats as part of the deal.

They even do pay per view. I haven't tried this yet, but they do offer it.

Google used the "old" Flash 7 codec. After doing a lot of tests, which are demonstrated in my posts below, I'm a big fan of the Flash 8 codec (VP6). Read some of my posts for detailed info on how to produce it. Also, there is software out there to produce Flash Video without needing Flash 8, but make sure it is using the latest codec.
