Subject:Anyone using ACID Pro 5 w/ Pro Tools 7?

As you know, Sony's got a really hard to pass-up deal going on with most retailers on ACID Pro 5 -- $249 w/ a $50 rebate. I jumped. I have Pro Tools 7 and I've heard both good and bad stories about integration with PT.

Just wanted to solicit any first-hand experiences, tips and tricks before I start out.

How do plan on integrating it? Rewire or as a loop creation tool, for export into Pro-Tools?

Mostly as a loop generator and then exporting. Most of the negatives I've heard have been about Rewire and CPU spikes.

You should be fine!

ACID -- works so nicely as a audio manager / loop creation and for viewing video files
