Subject:Need help, going crazy

I just bought Sony ACID XMC 6.0 and i'm having a hard time getting started. First off, i am able to music onto the program, however, I cannot find a way to create or even find how to make loops of music with the instruments that are suppost to be in the program. How do I access these instruments, and how do I make music with them. ANY help appreciated. Thank you.

Have you played with the demo song(s)? Have you downloaded the free 8pack from acidplanet.com? There are also remix conetsts there. They also contain demo songs.

I had the exact same question. In the product overview it states:

Includes over 600 hip-hop, rock, and pop loops

I couldn't find any of the loops. Where are they?

If you bought the boxed version then there will be an additional CD that contains all the loops as .wav files. The downloaded version doesn't come with this disc obviously, but often you can request that it be sent to you for a small additional shipping fee.

If you download the weekly free 8pack at http://www.acidplanet.com/tools/8packs/ then in a short time you'll have a good library built up.

I received the CD with ACID XMC on it in the box of Vegas Studio Platinum + DVD. Does anyone know if the 600 loops advertised with XMC is included with Platinum?
