Any real difference between "best" and "good"

Is there any real visible difference between using "best" and "good" settings for video quality when rendering. In my particular situation, I want to take edited DV and print it back to tape. I guess what I'm looking for are the optimal settings for the LEAST amount re-rendering since most of the video hasn't really been touched.

Best and Good only affect resizing the image. If you used large still images or if you are rendering your video to a small web-sized frame then Best can make a difference. If you aren't changing the size of the frame then there won't be any difference between Best and Good.

This same question exists and is answered in Sony's knowledgebase.

Here is the question:
"What is the difference between "Good" and "Best" render settings?"

And here is the answer:
" "Best" uses bicubic scaling with integration, while "Good" uses bilinear without integration.
You will have a hard time telling the difference, but must use "Best" if you are using high resolution stills or video that are getting scaled down to the final output size.
"Good" may have bad artifacts on the near-horizontal edges, while "Best" will look great.
