Just tried opening old projects with version 6 and audio is stutering like crazy, unworkable. I then open with 5 and it plays smooth as a baby skin. Vegas 5 can't show all frame on preview because there is a lot going on, too much for the pc to handle, but audio is completely glitch free. Can't work with stutering audio at all while video playback skipping frames on preview is not that bothersome.

As far as I know, both 6 and 5 had the exact same settings. Is my computer too old for 6 or Vegas 6 audio engine is not as optimised as earlier version? Anybody experienced the same? Should I just skip upgrading to 6?
